Linda earned a Master of Science of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977.  Later, a particular interest in working with the elderly led her to complete a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas.  Most of her twenty years as a social worker were spent doing medical social work, assisting older adults and their families.  

Linda's desire to help facilitate healing in others led to a more "hands on" approach to wellness.  She began practicing massage in 2000 when she graduated, with honors, from the Texas Massage Institute in Dallas.  Linda continues to obtain training in advanced massage and energy techniques.
